Lacey M. Rhodes
MS, NCC, CPC, LPC
Clinical Mental Health, Professional Coaching, and Consulting Services.
I have been working with emotional intelligence and helping others process the human experience for well over 20 years. This knowledge guides me as I strive to bring a fresh and engaged perspective when it comes to therapeutic counseling and leadership coaching services. In my practice, I offer services for evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples, and executive coaching for professionals.

Solution-focused and postmodern in my approach and therapeutic perspectives, I integrate an understanding of neurobiology, developmental learning, social/emotional intelligence, and wellness on a holistic scale. People are the experts on their lives. I have found they just need a bit of guidance on what they are experiencing and access to effective tools.

I am happy to provide free consultations and answer any questions you may have regarding my services.

What We Do

About Me
A little bit about me as a person, and my journey.

I am a Doctoral Candidate, pursuing my PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education at Mercer University. My research is focused on Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Transitions. Specifically, how emotions shift from unpleasurable to pleasurable in individuals. Understanding Emotions and communication has been my life experience before this research.
I believe in experiencing all life has to offer, so my life experience has been diverse and extensive. I have a Bachelor of the Arts in Performance Studies, and performed as a storyteller at multiple international festivals. I went on to manage music performances and events, making my way towards project management and communications. I have worked in private, non-profit, and government sectors, working at the director level and in management positions. These moments in my life have equipped me with a unique understanding that I bring to the counseling process and wellness education. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my training allows me to employ a variety of techniques and methods to assist people on their journey. I have a background as an artist and have dedicated most of my life to understanding emotions and the human experience.
.
I read before bed, and I paint in my free time. I am a mother of five while running my own business, attaining a PhD, and authoring a fiction novel, so I understand the value of “free time” being ritualistic and cherished. I enjoy the magnanimous community of live music and the reflective solitude of quiet spaces.
